TERM AND CONDITIONS

1.   CHECK-IN TIME : Check-in time on the day of arrival is between 15:00 - 19:00
    CHECK-OUT TIME: Check out time on the day of departure is before 10:00

2. PAYMENT
 For the reservation we need credit card, we will NOT charge your card, you'll pay by CASH at your
 arrive into the room/apartment. For the reservations mada with bank transfert, you have 2 days to provide money transfert,
 in the meanwhile the apartment/room it's only hold for you NOT RESERVED, after this time we considered reject the reservation.
 In case you'll not came to the check-in or cancel within 1 week we will
 charge Your card with 1 night rate.  We do not charge your card in case of cancellation 15 days before
  the ceck-in date, if you'll cancel the reservation within  15 days to 8 days the credit card will' be charged with the first night.
 About the reservation made within the 15 days from the arrival, we reserve the confirmation within a day.
This rule works for both the parts, in case we were to cancel your reservation within 15 days from your arrival, nothing we will have had

3. CLEANING BED LINEN AND TOWELS
 Your apartment is cleaned for your arrival we do ask you to leave it as you found it.You must take out
 your rubbish this can be taken to the bins you see around town.

4. All guests staying in the rental property must be registered before arrival.

5.Pets are not allowed without having received previous written permission. If you are bringing a pet,
 please request permission when making your reservation.

6.If you should wish to change or cancell your booking, please notify us as soon as possible so that we
 can endeavor to comply, although we cannot guarantee being able to do so. If we are unable to affect the
 requested change or cancellation, your contractual liability will never exceed the rental amount that you
 have paid to date.

7.In the event that we were obligated by third party forces beyond our control to impose changes in your
 booking, you will have the choice of accepting the booking modifications and any corresponding price
 difference or receiving a 100% refund of monies paid. In all cases, Agenzia immobiliare Gianna. liability
 is limited to 100% of the amount received from you to date corresponding only to the specific property
 and operation being affected.

8.You should take occupancy of the property between 15:00 and 19:00 and check out of the property
 between 8:00 am and 10:00 am on your final day. If necessary, please request modifications to these
 times in advance so that proper arrangements can be sought.

9.The property will have been freshly cleaned upon your arrival. Amenities such as sheets, towels and
 kitchenware are provided unless otherwise indicated on the property description.

10.The property and furnishings must be treated with care and consideration. You must report any
 damage or breakage to us prior to check-out or inform us immediately if damage is significant or should
 require emergency repairs. You agree to leave the property clean and tidy on departure.

11. we will not respondable on your staff, the thigs forget into the flat will be putted into the garbage.

11.Agenzia Immobiliare Gianna and its associated property owners and agents accept no responsibility for
 harm, injury or guests' personal liability during your stay. We recommend the aquisition of an adequate
 travel insurance policy.
